To bring the concept to life "We care about our People," we chose to use actual employees to add an authentic touch to the campaign. So potential job candidates could see real people who had experienced working at McDonald's, which made the brand more relatable and genuine. It demonstrated that McDonald's was not just making claims but was willing to let its employees speak for the brand.

The 'We care about our People' concept is backed by concrete pillars that define the employee experience:

  • Training: Over 50,000 annual training hours provided via the National UP Scholarship Program and a dedicated Training Center.
